Shipping Methods

Your order is shipped by the courier company (Elta courier) in your area. Orders placed on on working days, provided that the product is available, are usually delivered in 1-4 working days in Attica.

For the other regions within Greece, the delivery time varies depending on the delivery region. In the areas that are characterized as “Difficult to reach” by the courier company, the delivery of your order takes place within 4 to 7 working days.

In case the order is not received by you within 10 days, it is automatically canceled and the product is returned immediately to our company.

Upon receipt of your order from Elta courier, you will need to unpack and carefully inspect your device.

In case you find bumps or broken parts of the device you should inform our store the same day by sending an e-mail to the address: [email protected] or call our technical department at 210 5757555 and local Elta courier office, stating that it was received at a loss to inform you of the actions you should take. The device must be picked up by the shipper in its original factory packaging, along with all accessories. In any case, we clarify that the return is not accepted without prior notice.

After the above deadline we can NOT accept any responsibility for any damages or damages that have occurred.

The charges are as follows:

The transport is 5€ up to 2kg.

From 2kg and up the charges depend on three different categories of TCs (land areas, inaccessible areas and islands) as well as the corresponding weight of the products.

The cost of cash on delivery is €2.
